The conference will consist of presentations by leading academics and practitioners in the field of sound studies, alongside papers by graduate students and early career academics. We aim to facilitate dialogue between academics and artists/practitioners across the many disciplinary areas of sound studies. The conference will feature an artist in residence and a sound art installation, and will include an evening Sound Art and Criticism Salon.
